　　Dr. Yinjie (Victor) Shen, CFA, obtained his M.B.A. and Ph.D. in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and currently services as an Assistant Professor at Cleveland State University. His research interests lies broadly in the area of empirical corporate finance and financial accounting, including topics such as Hedge Fund Activism, Bank Loan Contracting, Tax Avoidance and ManagerialCharacteristics.
