主讲人简介：曹顺博士毕业于伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校，现在佐治亚州立大学商学院工作，终生教职副教授（Associate Professor）。他的研究方向是公司信息披露，近年来他开始将大数据分析融入于公司信息披露的研究中。已在Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, and IEEE Computer等金融学、会计学和计算机科学领域的顶级期刊上发表多篇论文。同时，其研究成果也多次在Stanford University, Cornell University, New York University, University of Virginia, University of Minnesota和Pennsylvania StateUniversity等著名大校报告。他是活跃在国际学术一线的优秀会计学者。
